Kentucky, Colorado, California, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Oklahoma,
Maryland, Utah, South Carolina, Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana, Ohio,
Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, and the United States Virgin Islands.

be recognized and qualified as a Police Canine Expert by the North
